NAS – Then King David said to the entire assembly, "My son Solomon, whom alone God has chosen, is still young and inexperienced, and the work is great; for the temple is not for mankind, but for the LORD God.
ALE – ויאמר דויד המלך לכל הקהל שלמה בני אחד בחר בו אלהים נער ורך והמלאכה גדולה לאדם הבירה כי ליהוה אלהים
BHS – וַיֹּ֙אמֶר דָּוִ֤יד הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ לְכָל־הַקָּהָ֔ל שְׁלֹמֹ֙ה בְנִ֥י אֶחָ֛ד בָּֽחַר־ אֱלֹהִ֖ים נַ֣עַר וָרָ֑ךְ וְהַמְּלָאכָ֣ה גְדֹולָ֔ה כִּ֣י לֹ֤א לְאָדָם֙ הַבִּירָ֔ה כִּ֖י לַיהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהִֽים׃
MAS – ויאמר דויד המלך לכל הקהל שׁלמה בני אחד בחר בו אלהים נער ורך והמלאכה גדולה כי לא לאדם הבירה כי ליהוה אלהים
WLC – וַיֹּ֙אמֶר דָּוִ֤יד הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ לְכָל־הַקָּהָ֔ל שְׁלֹמֹ֙ה בְנִ֥י אֶחָ֛ד בָּֽחַר־בֹּ֥ו אֱלֹהִ֖ים נַ֣עַר וָרָ֑ךְ וְהַמְּלָאכָ֣ה גְדֹולָ֔ה כִּ֣י לֹ֤א לְאָדָם֙ הַבִּירָ֔ה כִּ֖י לַיהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהִֽים׃
RAH – καὶ εἶπεν Δαυιδ ὁ βασιλεὺς πάσῃ τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ Σαλωμων ὁ υἱός μου, εἷς ὃν ᾑρέτικεν ἐν αὐτῷ κύριος, νέος καὶ ἁπαλός, καὶ τὸ ἔργον μέγα, ὅτι οὐκ ἀνθρώπῳ ἡ οἰκοδομή, ἀλλ᾿ ἢ κυρίῳ θεῷ.
SWE – Καὶ εἶπεν Δαυεὶδ ὁ βασιλεὺς πάσῃ τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ Σαλωμὼν ὁ υἱός μου, εἷς ὃν ᾑρέτικεν ἐν αὐτῷ Κύριος, νέος καὶ ἁπαλός, καὶ τὸ ἔργον μέγα, ὅτι οὐκ ἀνθρώπῳ ἀλλ᾽ ἢ Κυρίῳ θεῷ.
