NAS – For we do not presume to rank or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves; but when they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they have no understanding.
NA26 – Οὐ γὰρ τολμῶμεν (5719) ἐγκρῖναι (5658) ἢ συγκρῖναι (5658) ἑαυτούς τισιν τῶν ἑαυτοὺς συνιστανόντων· (5723) ἀλλὰ αὐτοὶ ἐν ἑαυτοῖς ἑαυτοὺς μετροῦντες (5723) καὶ συγκρίνοντες (5723) ἑαυτοὺς ἑαυτοῖς οὐ συνιᾶσιν. (5719)

NAS – For {it is} not the one who commends himself that is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.
