NAS – 'My father made me swear, saying, "Behold, I am about to die; in my grave which I dug for myself in the land of Canaan, there you shall bury me." Now then, please let me go up and bury my father; then I will return.'"
ALE – אבי השביעני לאמר הנה אנכי מת כריתי לי בארץ כנען שמה תקברני ועתה אעלה נא ואקברה את אבי
BHS – אָבִ֞י הִשְׁבִּיעַ֣נִי לֵאמֹ֗ר הִנֵּ֣ה אָנֹכִי֮ מֵת֒ בְּקִבְרִ֗י אֲשֶׁ֙ר כָּרִ֤יתִי לִי֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ כְּנַ֔עַן שָׁ֖מָּה תִּקְבְּרֵ֑נִי וְעַתָּ֗ה אֶֽעֱלֶה־נָּ֛א וְאֶקְבְּרָ֥ה אֶת־אָבִ֖י וְאָשֽׁוּבָה׃
MAS – אבי השׁביעני לאמר הנה אנכי מת בקברי אשׁר כריתי לי בארץ כנען שׁמה תקברני ועתה אעלה נא ואקברה את אבי ואשׁובה
WLC – אָבִ֞י הִשְׁבִּיעַ֣נִי לֵאמֹ֗ר הִנֵּ֣ה אָנֹכִי֮ מֵת֒ בְּקִבְרִ֗י אֲשֶׁ֙ר כָּרִ֤יתִי לִי֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ כְּנַ֔עַן שָׁ֖מָּה תִּקְבְּרֵ֑נִי וְעַתָּ֗ה אֶֽעֱלֶה־נָּ֛א וְאֶקְבְּרָ֥ה אֶת־אָבִ֖י וְאָשֽׁוּבָה׃
RAH – ὁ πατήρ μου ὥρκισέν με λέγων ἐν τῷ μνημείῳ, ᾧ ὤρυξα ἐμαυτῷ ἐν γῇ Χανααν, ἐκεῖ με θάψεις· νῦν οὖν ἀναβὰς θάψω τὸν πατέρα μου καὶ ἐπανελεύσομαι.
SWE – Ὁ πατήρ με ὥρκισεν λέγων Ἐν τῷ μνημείῳ ᾧ ὤρυξα ἐμαυτῷ ἐν γῇ Χανάαν, ἐκεῖ με θάψεις. νῦν οὖν ἀναβὰς θάψω τὸν πατέρα μου, καὶ ἀπελεύσομαι.
