NAS – Jesus told them this figure of speech, but they did not understand what the things which He was saying to them meant.
NA26 – Ταύτην τὴν παροιμίαν εἶπεν (5627) αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ἐκεῖνοι δὲ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν (5627) τίνα ἦν (5713) ἃ ἐλάλει (5707) αὐτοῖς.
