NAS – What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? Far from it! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, "YOU SHALL NOT COVET."
NA26 – Τί οὖν ἐροῦμεν; (5692) ὁ νόμος ἁμαρτία; μὴ γένοιτο· (5636) ἀλλὰ τὴν ἁμαρτίαν οὐκ ἔγνων (5627) εἰ μὴ διὰ νόμου, τήν τε γὰρ ἐπιθυμίαν οὐκ ᾔδειν (5715) εἰ μὴ ὁ νόμος ἔλεγεν, (5707) Οὐκ ἐπιθυμήσεις. (5692)
WH – τι ουν ερουμεν (5692) ο νομος αμαρτια μη γενοιτο (5636) αλλα την αμαρτιαν ουκ εγνων (5627) ει μη δια νομου την τε γαρ επιθυμιαν ουκ ηδειν (5714) ει μη ο νομος ελεγεν (5707) ουκ επιθυμησεις (5692)

NAS – Therefore did that which is good become {a cause of} death for me? Far from it! Rather {it was} sin, in order that it might be shown to be sin by bringing about my death through that which is good, so that through the commandment sin would become utterly sinful.
NA26 – Τὸ οὖν ἀγαθὸν ἐμοὶ ἐγένετο (5633) θάνατος; μὴ γένοιτο· (5636) ἀλλὰ ἡ ἁμαρτία, ἵνα φανῇ (5652) ἁμαρτία, διὰ τοῦ ἀγαθοῦ μοι κατεργαζομένη (5740) θάνατον· ἵνα γένηται (5638) καθ ὑπερβολὴν ἁμαρτωλὸς ἡ ἁμαρτία διὰ τῆς ἐντολῆς.
WH – το ουν αγαθον εμοι εγενετο (5633) θανατος μη γενοιτο (5636) αλλα η αμαρτια ινα φανη (5652) αμαρτια δια του αγαθου μοι κατεργαζομενη (5740) θανατον ινα γενηται (5638) καθ υπερβολην αμαρτωλος η αμαρτια δια της εντολης
