¹ These are the sonnes of Israel: Ruben, Simeon, Leui, Iuda, Isachar, and Zabulon. ² Dan, Ioseph, Beniamin, Nephthali, Gad, and Aser. ³ The sonnes of Iuda: Er, Onan, and Sela: These three were borne vnto him of Bath Sua ye Chanaanitesse. David the seventh - Jesse had eight sons, of whom David was the youngest 1 Samuel 16:10-11; 1 Samuel 17:12. Probably one of the sons shown to Samuel at Bethlehem did not grow up.
