Then Pilate said to him, “Don’t you hear how much they are testifying against you?”
Then saith Pilate vnto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witnesse against thee?

Then, Pilate saith unto him - Hearest thou not how many things against thee they are bearing witness?
Then Pilate saith to him: Dost not thou hear how great testimonies they allege against thee?
Then Pilate said to him, "Do you not hear how many things they testify against you?"
Then sayd Pilate vnto him: hearest thou not how many thinges they laye ageynste ye?
then saith Pilate to him, `Dost thou not hear how many things they witness against thee?'
Then sayde Pylate vnto him: Hearest thou not, how sore they accuse the?
whereupon Pilate said to him, don't you hear how many things they lay to your charge?

I promise to bring him back safely, and if I don't, you can blame me as long as I live.
Then she said: Sir, please let me explain!
The woman said, "I hope your decision doesn't cause any problems for you. But if it does, you can blame me."

Then saith Pilate unto him,.... Observing he made no reply to the accusations of the chief priests and elders, and in order to draw something out of him,
hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee? art thou deaf? or dost thou not take in what is alleged against thee? dost thou not consider the nature of these charges? how many, and of what kind the depositions are now made by persons of such rank and figure? art thou under no concern to make answer to them?
Barnes' Notes on the Bible
They witness against thee - This means, rather, that they accused him. They were not âwitnesses,â but accusers. These accusations were repeated and pressed. They charged him with exciting the people, teaching throughout, all Judea from Galilee to Jerusalem, and exciting the nation to sedition, Luke 23:5.
