We have acted corruptly toward you and have not kept the commands, statutes, and ordinances you gave your servant Moses.

Fill the earth with people and bring it under your control. Rule over the fish in the ocean, the birds in the sky, and every animal on the earth.
I have provided all kinds of fruit and grain for you to eat.
God stores water in clouds, but they don't burst,
You provide streams of water in the hills and valleys,
Highest heavens, and the water above the highest heavens, come and offer praise.

We have dealt very corruptly against thee,.... Corrupted his covenant, laws, and precepts, as well as themselves, ways, and works; all which were against the Lord, contrary to his nature, mind, and will:
