You shall speak my words to them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear; for they are most rebellious.
And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.

"But you shall speak My words to them whether they listen or not, for they are rebellious.

Therefore thou shalt speake my words vnto them: but surely they will not heare, neither will they in deede cease: for they are rebellious.

You must tell them what I say, whether they listen or not. They are people who usually refuse to listen!
And you shall speak my words to them; perhaps they will listen and tremble; for they are a rebellious house.
You will tell them whatever I tell you to say, whether they listen or not. Remember what rebels they are.

And thou shall speak my words unto them,.... Not his own words, but those the Lord should put into his mouth. The Targum is,
"and thou shall prophesy the words of my prophecy unto them:''
