“Yet I will leave a remnant when you are scattered among the nations, for throughout the countries there will be some of you who will escape the sword.
Yet will I leave a remnant, in that you shall have some that escape the sword among the nations, when you shall be scattered through the countries.

Yet will I leave a remnant, in that you shall have some that escape the sword among the nations, when you shall be scattered through the countries.
Yet will I leaue a remnant, that you may haue some that shall escape the sword among the nations, when you shalbe scattred through the countreyes.
"However, I will leave a remnant, for you will have those who escaped the sword among the nations when you are scattered among the countries.
"However, I will leave a remnant, for you will have those who escaped the sword among the nations when you are scattered among the lands.
Yet I will leave a remnant. For some of you will escape the sword when you are scattered among the nations and throughout the lands.
I will let some of the people live through this punishment, but I will scatter them among the nations,
"‘"Nevertheless, I will leave a remnant, some who will escape the sword among the nations, when you have been scattered throughout the countries.
Yet will I leave a remnant, in that ye shall have some escaped from the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.
Yet I will leave a remnant of you among the nations, those of you who shall escape the sword and are scattered through the cities.
"I will let some escape the slaughter and be scattered among the nations,
But I will spare some, so there will be for you fugitives from the sword among the nations when you are scattered in the countries.
Yet I will leave a remainder, so that may be left to you those who escape the sword among the nations, in your scattering among the lands.
Those yt amoge you haue escaped the swearde, will I leaue amonge the Gentiles, for I will scatre you amonge the nacions.
Yet will I leave a remnant, in that ye shall have some that escape the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.
But still, I will keep a small band safe from the sword among the nations, when you are sent wandering among the countries.

When there are some of you escaping from the sword among the Gentiles, and when ye are scattered in the countries;
Yet will I leave a remnant, in that ye shall have some that escape the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.
And Y schal leeue in you hem that fledden swerd among hethene men, whanne Y schal scatere you in to londis.

"But I will leave some of you alive. For some of you will get away from the sword when you are spread among the lands and nations.
But I will spare some. Some of you shall escape the sword among the nations and be scattered through the countries.
Yet will I leave a remnant: In that ye shall have such as are escaped of the sword throughout the nations, when ye are scattered throughout the lands.
And I will leave in you some that shall escape the sword among the nations, when I shall have scattered you through the countries.
"Yet I will leave some of you alive. When you have among the nations some who escape the sword, and when you are scattered through the countries,
And I have caused [some] to remain, In their being to you the escaped of the sword among nations, In your being scattered through lands.
"‘But I'll let a few escape the killing as you are scattered through other lands and nations. In the foreign countries where they're taken as prisoners of war, they'll remember me. They'll realize how devastated I was by their betrayals, by their voracious lust for gratifying themselves in their idolatries. They'll be disgusted with their evil ways, disgusting to God in the way they've lived. They'll know that I am God . They'll know that my judgment against them was no empty threat.

Yet will I leave a remnant,.... Not in Judea, but in Babylon, and in the countries where they should be dispersed, as follows:
that ye may have [some] that shall escape the sword among the nations; which was threatened to be drawn, and sent after them, Ezekiel 5:2; but all should not perish by if; some should escape; for this was not the time to make a full end of them:
when ye shall be scattered through the countries; that is, of Egypt, Ammon, Moab, and Assyria; for this respects their dispersion at the time of the Babylonish captivity, and not their present dispersion.
