THE MESSAGE
Offerings God spoke to Moses: "Command the People of Israel. Tell them, You're in charge of presenting my food, my Fire-Gifts of pleasing fragrance, at the set times. Tell them, This is the Fire-Gift that you are to present to God : two healthy yearling lambs each day as a regular Whole-Burnt-Offering. Sacrifice one lamb in the morning, the other in the evening, together with two quarts of fine flour mixed with a quart of olive oil for a Grain-Offering. This is the standard Whole-Burnt-Offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a pleasing fragrance, a Fire-Gift to God . The Drink-Offering that goes with it is a quart of strong beer with each lamb. Pour out the Drink-Offering before God in the Sanctuary. Sacrifice the second lamb in the evening with the Grain-Offering and Drink-Offering the same as in the morning—a Fire-Gift of pleasing fragrance for God . "On the Sabbath, sacrifice two healthy yearling lambs, together with the Drink-Offering and the Grain-Offering of four quarts of fine flour mixed with oil. This is the regular Sabbath Whole-Burnt-Offering, in addition to the regular Whole-Burnt-Offering and its Drink-Offering. 16 "The Lord 's Passover will be on the 14th day of the first month. 17 The Festival of Unleavened Bread begins on the 15th day of that month. This festival lasts for seven days. The only bread you can eat is bread made without yeast. 18 You must have a special meeting on the first day of this festival. You will not do any work on that day. 19 You will give burnt offerings to the Lord . The burnt offerings will be 2 bulls, 1 ram, and 7 lambs that are one year old. There must be nothing wrong with them. 20You must also give a grain offering of 24 cups of fine flour mixed with olive oil with each bull, and 16 cups of fine flour mixed with oil with the ram, and 8 cups of fine flour mixed with oil for each lamb. 22 You must also give a male goat as a sin offering to make you pure. 23 You must give these offerings in addition to the morning burnt offerings that you give every day. 24 "In this way, each day for seven days, you must bring the food that is offered by fire. The smell of these offerings will please the Lord . You must give these offerings in addition to the daily burnt offering and the drink offering that goes with it. 25 "Then, on the seventh day of this festival, you will have another special meeting. You will not do any work on that day. 26 "The first day of the Festival of Harvest is the day you bring the first of your new crops and give them as a grain offering to the Lord . For notwithstanding all their services and sacrifices, and though this day was an holy convocation, yet there was need of a sin offering to expiate their guilt, typical of Christ, who takes away the sins of our holy things as well as all other sins: this sin offering also was of that sort which were eaten; for Maimonides says k, the goat of the sin offering was eaten on the second day of the passover, which was the sixteenth of Nisan.

Barnes' Notes on the Bible
The Passover offering was the same as that of the New moon, and was repeated on each of the seven days of the festival, thus marking the importance and the solemnity of the occasion. The details of the offering had not been previously prescribed.
