George Lamsa Translation

Psalms 98

1 SING to the LORD a new song; for he has done marvellous things; his right hand and his holy arm have gotten him the victory.2 The LORD has made known his salvation; his righteousness has he revealed in the sight of the heathen.3 He has remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

4 Praise the LORD, all the earth; make ye merry and sing and give praise.5 Sing to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the voice of a choir.6 With the sound of trumpets give praise before the LORD, the King.7 Let the sea roar and the fulness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein.8 Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills be joyful together9 Before the LORD; for he comes to judge the earth; with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
