THE MESSAGE
Offerings God spoke to Moses: "Command the People of Israel. Tell them, You're in charge of presenting my food, my Fire-Gifts of pleasing fragrance, at the set times. Tell them, This is the Fire-Gift that you are to present to God : two healthy yearling lambs each day as a regular Whole-Burnt-Offering. Sacrifice one lamb in the morning, the other in the evening, together with two quarts of fine flour mixed with a quart of olive oil for a Grain-Offering. This is the standard Whole-Burnt-Offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a pleasing fragrance, a Fire-Gift to God . The Drink-Offering that goes with it is a quart of strong beer with each lamb. Pour out the Drink-Offering before God in the Sanctuary. Sacrifice the second lamb in the evening with the Grain-Offering and Drink-Offering the same as in the morning—a Fire-Gift of pleasing fragrance for God . "On the Sabbath, sacrifice two healthy yearling lambs, together with the Drink-Offering and the Grain-Offering of four quarts of fine flour mixed with oil. This is the regular Sabbath Whole-Burnt-Offering, in addition to the regular Whole-Burnt-Offering and its Drink-Offering. 16 The Passover Festival in honor of the Lord is to be held on the fourteenth day of the first month. 17 On the fifteenth day a religious festival begins which lasts seven days, during which only bread prepared without yeast is to be eaten. 18 On the first day of the festival you are to gather for worship, and no work is to be done. 19 Offer a burnt offering as a food offering to the Lord : two young bulls, one ram, and seven one-year-old male lambs, all without any defects. 20 Offer the proper grain offering of flour mixed with olive oil: 6 pounds with each bull, 4 pounds with the ram, 21 and 2 pounds with each lamb. 22 Also offer one male goat as a sin offering, and in this way perform the ritual of purification for the people. 23 Offer these in addition to the regular morning burnt offering. 24 In the same way, for seven days offer to the Lord a food offering, an odor pleasing to him. And one goat [for] a sin offering, to make atonement for you. For notwithstanding all their services and sacrifices, and though this day was an holy convocation, yet there was need of a sin offering to expiate their guilt, typical of Christ, who takes away the sins of our holy things as well as all other sins: this sin offering also was of that sort which were eaten; for Maimonides says k, the goat of the sin offering was eaten on the second day of the passover, which was the sixteenth of Nisan.

Barnes' Notes on the Bible
The Passover offering was the same as that of the New moon, and was repeated on each of the seven days of the festival, thus marking the importance and the solemnity of the occasion. The details of the offering had not been previously prescribed.
