Contextual Overview
1And Job answers and says:2"Truly I have known that [it is] so, || But how is man righteous with God? 3If he delights to strive with Him—He does not answer him one of a thousand. 4Wise in heart and strong in power—Who has hardened toward Him and is at peace? 5Who is removing mountains, || And they have not known, || Who has overturned them in His anger. 6Who is shaking earth from its place, || And its pillars move themselves. 7Who is commanding to the sun, and it does not rise, || And the stars He seals up. 8Stretching out the heavens by Himself, || And treading on the heights of the sea, 9Making the Great Bear, Orion, and the Pleiades, || And the inner chambers of the south. 10Doing great things until there is no searching, || And wonderful, until there is no numbering.

Gill's Notes on the Bible
Then Job answered and said. Without taking notice of Bildad's harsh expressions and severe censures, or his unfriendliness to him; he enters directly into the argument, grants some things, confutes others, and defends himself and his conduct.
Clarke's Notes on the Bible

Job acknowledges God's justice and man's sinfulness, 1-3.
Celebrates his almighty power as manifested in the earth and
in the heavens, 4-10.
