When the Chaldean army withdrew from Jerusalem because of Pharaoh’s army,
It happened that, when the army of the Kasdim was broken up from Yerushalayim for fear of Par`oh's army,
And it came to pass, that when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,
Now when the Chaldean army had withdrawn from Jerusalem at the approach of Pharaoh's army,
Now it happened when the army of the Chaldeans had withdrawn from Jerusalem because of Pharaoh's army,
So the Babylonian army left Jerusalem to fight the army of the king of Egypt.
Now it happened when the army of the Chaldeans departed from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's [approaching] army,
It happened that, when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,
When the hoste of the Caldeans was broken vp from Ierusalem, because of Pharaohs armie,

The Babylonian army had left because the Egyptian army was on its way to help us.

When the Babylonian army left Jerusalem to fight the army of the Pharaoh of Egypt,
And it came to pass that when the Chaldean army had departed from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaohs army,
The Babylonian army retreated from Jerusalem because the Egyptian army was approaching.
And then, at the withdrawing of the army of the Chaldeans from Jerusalem before the army of Pharaoh,
And it happened, when the army of the Chaldeans went up from Jerusalem because of Pharaoh's army,
Now whe the hooste of the Caldees was broke vp from Ierusale for feare of the Egipcians armye,
And it came to pass that, when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,
And it came about that when the Chaldaean army outside Jerusalem had gone away for fear of Pharaoh's army,
And it came to pass, that when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,
And it came to passe that when the armie of the Caldeans was broken vp from Ierusalem for feare of Pharaohs armie,
Nowe when the hoast of the Chaldees was broken vp from Hierusalem for feare of the Egyptians armie,
And it came to pass that when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,
Therfor whanne the oost of Caldeis hadde goon awei fro Jerusalem, for the oost of Farao, Jeremye yede out of Jerusalem,
And it came to pass that, when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,
And it came to pass, that when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,
The following events also occurred while the Babylonian forces had temporarily withdrawn from Jerusalem because the army of Pharaoh was coming.

Now when the Chaldean army had withdrawn from Jerusalem at the approach of Pharaoh's army,
Now it came to pass, when the army of the Chaldeans, had gone up from Jerusalem, - because of the force of Pharaoh,
(37-10) Now when the army of the Chaldeans was gone away from Jerusalem, because of Pharao’s army,
Now when the Chalde'an army had withdrawn from Jerusalem at the approach of Pharaoh's army,
And it hath come to pass, in the going up of the force of the Chaldeans from off Jerusalem, because of the force of Pharaoh,
When the Chaldean army pulled back from Jerusalem, Jeremiah left Jerusalem to go over to the territory of Benjamin to take care of some personal business. When he got to the Benjamin Gate, the officer on guard there, Irijah son of Shelemiah, son of Hananiah, grabbed Jeremiah the prophet, accusing him, "You're deserting to the Chaldeans!"

For he knew that because of envy they had handed Him over.
For he was aware that the chief priests had handed Him over because of envy.

And it came to pass, that when the army of the Chaldeans were broken up from Jerusalem,.... When the siege of the city was broken up and raised: or, when they "went up from Jerusalem" c; were gone from it;
for fear of Pharaoh's army; or rather "because of Pharaoh's army" d. The word "fear" is not in the text; nor did they leave Jerusalem for fear of his army, but to meet it, and give it battle, as they did; however, by this means there was a freer egress and regress from and to the city.
