That which has its stones bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut, you shall not offer to the LORD; neither shall you do [thus] in your land.
Ye shall not offer unto the Lord that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land.
And you shall not present anything for Yahweh with bruised or shattered or torn or cut-off testicles, and you shall not sacrifice such in your land.
"‘If an animal has bruised, crushed, torn, or cut sex glands, you must not offer it to the Lord . You must not do this in your own land,
You must not present to the Lord something with testicles that are bruised, crushed, torn, or cut off; you must not do this in your land.
'You shall not offer to the LORD any animal which has its testicles bruised or crushed or torn or cut off, or sacrifice it in your land.
'Also anything with its testicles squashed, crushed, torn off, or cut off, you shall not offer to the LORD, nor sacrifice in your land,
Ye shall not offer vnto ye Lord that which is bruised or crusshed, or broken, or cut away, neither shal ye make an offring thereof in your land,
Also anything with its testicles bruised or crushed or torn or cut, you shall not bring near to Yahweh, and you shall not do thus in your land,
As long as you live in this land, don't offer an animal with injured testicles.
An animal with bruised, crushed, torn or cut genitals you are not to offer to Adonai . You are not to do these things in your land,
That which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut shall ye not present to Jehovah; neither in your land shall ye do [the like].
"If an animal has bruised, crushed, or torn testicles, you must not offer that animal to the Lord . You must not do this anywhere in your land.
Any animal that has its testicles bruised or crushed or torn or cut you shall not offer to the Lord ; you shall not do it within your land,

Do not offer to the Lord any animal whose testicles have been crushed, cut, bruised, or torn off. This is not permitted in your land.

Ye shall not offer unto the Lord that which bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut,.... The Targum of Jonathan is, whose testicles are pressed and bruised, and whose nerves are corrupted and bruised, and so most Jewish writers interpret it:
neither shall you make [any offering thereof] in your land; any offering of any sort, either burnt offering or peace offering, or any other; or ye shall not do, that is, any such thing as here suggested, not bruise, or crush, or break, or cut the testicles of any creature; so the above writers.
Barnes' Notes on the Bible
The literal meaning of the passage in italics is, and this shall ye not do in your land. It appears to have been understood by the Jews as a prohibition of the mutilation of animals.

Verse Leviticus 22:24. Bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut — That is, no bullock or lamb that is injured in any of the above ways, shall be offered unto the Lord.
