¹⁶ ‘The fourteenth day of the first month will be the Lord's Passover. ¹⁷ A special supper will be on the fifteenth day of this month. Bread without yeast will be eaten for seven days. ¹⁸ On the first day will be a holy gathering. You must do no hard work. ¹⁹ You will give a gift by fire, a burnt gift to the Lord. It will be two bulls, one ram, and seven perfect male lambs one year old. ²⁰ And give fine flour mixed with oil for their grain gift. Give three-tenths part of a basket for a bull, two-tenths part for a ram, ²¹ and a tenth part of a basket for each of the seven lambs. ²² Then give one male goat for a sin gift, to pay for your sins. ²³ Give these besides the burnt gift of the morning, which is each day's burnt gift. ²⁴ Give the food of the gift by fire in this way each day for seven days, as a pleasing smell to the Lord. two young: Numbers 28:11, Numbers 28:19, Leviticus 23:18, Leviticus 23:19, bishop Patrick observes that no peace offerings are appointed in this chapter, which were chiefly for the benefit of the offerers, and therefore in them they were left more to themselves; but burnt offerings, which were purely for the honour of God, and confessions of his dominion, and which figured evangelical piety and devotion, by which the soul is wholly offered up to God, in the flames of holy love; and sin offerings, which were typical of Christ's sacrifice of himself, by which we and our services are perfected and sanctified.

Gill's Notes on the Bible

Ver. 27-30. But ye shall offer the burnt offering for a sweet savour unto the Lord,.... Which was of the same kind, and was of the same number of creatures as on the first day of the month, and on the seven days of unleavened bread, Numbers 28:11, and the meat offering which went along with this was of the same quantity of flour to each creature as in the above mentioned sacrifices; and on this day also was offered a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and there were also peace offerings which are not mentioned here, nor is there any mention of any in the whole chapter; see Leviticus 23:19.

Barnes' Notes on the Bible

The festival offering at the season of first-fruits was to be offered on one day only; and was the same with that of the new moon and Passover. It nearly though not entirely accords with the sacrificial offering prescribed in Leviticus 23:18 ff.
