“‘Look, the days are coming—this is the Lord’s declaration—when I will punish all the circumcised yet uncircumcised:
Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will punish all those who are circumcised in [their] uncircumcision:
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord , that I will punish all them which are circumcised with the uncircumcised;
"Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord , when I will punish all those who are circumcised merely in the flesh—
"Behold, the days are coming," declares the LORD, "that I will punish all who are circumcised and yet uncircumcised—
The Lord says, "The time is coming when I will punish all those who are circumcised only in the flesh:
"Behold, the days are coming," says the LORD, "when I will punish all who are circumcised [physically] and yet uncircumcised [spiritually]—
Behold, the days come, says Yahweh, that I will punish all those who are circumcised in [their] uncircumcision:
Beholde, the dayes come, sayth the Lorde, that I wil visite all them, which are circumcised with the vncircumcised:
"Behold, the days are coming," declares Yahweh, "that I will punish all who are circumcised and yet uncircumcised—
"Behold, the days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will punish all who are circumcised yet uncircumcised:
Someday I will punish the nations of Egypt, Edom, Ammon, and Moab, and the tribes of the desert. The men of these nations are circumcised, but they don't worship me. And it's the same with you people of Judah. Your bodies are circumcised, but your hearts are unchanged.
Egypt, Y'hudah, Edom, the people of ‘Amon and Mo'av, and all those living in the desert who cut the edges [of their beard]: "For although all the Goyim are uncircumcised, all the house of Isra'el have uncircumcised hearts."
Behold, days are coming, saith Jehovah, when I will visit all [them that are] circumcised with the uncircumcised;
This is what the Lord says: "The time is coming when I will punish all those who are circumcised only in the body.
Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will punish all those who are circumcised together with the uncircumcised;
The Lord says, "The time is coming when I will punish the people of Egypt, Judah, Edom, Ammon, Moab, and the desert people, who have their hair cut short. All these people are circumcised, but have not kept the covenant it symbolizes. None of these people and none of the people of Israel have kept my covenant."
"Look, days are coming," declares Yahweh, "and I will call into account all those who are circumcised in the foreskin:
Behold, the days come, says Jehovah, that I will punish all the circumcised with foreskin:
Beholde, the tyme cometh (saieth the LORDE) that I wil vyset all them, whose foreskynne is vncircumcised:
Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will punish all them that are circumcised in their uncircumcision:
See, the day is coming, says the Lord, when I will send punishment on all those who have circumcision in the flesh;
Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that have the corners of their hair polled, that dwell in the wilderness; for all the nations are uncircumcised, but all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart.
Behold, the dayes come, saith the Lord, that I will punish all them which are circumcised, with the vncircumcised,
Beholde the time commeth (saith the Lord) that I will visite all them whose foreskinne is vncircumcised, and the circumcised,
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will visit upon all the circumcised their uncircumcision;
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will punish all them which are circumcised in their uncircumcision;
Look, the days come, says Yahweh, that I will punish all those that are circumcised in [their] uncircumcision:
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will punish all [them who are] circumcised with the uncircumcised;
The Lord says, "Watch out! The time is soon coming when I will punish all those who are circumcised only in the flesh.
"Behold, the days are coming," says the LORD, "that I will punish all who are circumcised with the uncircumcised--
"A time is coming," says the Lord , "when I will punish all those who are circumcised in body but not in spirit—
"See, the days are coming," says the Lord, "when I will punish all who have gone through the religious act of the Jews, but have not had the sin cut from their heart.
The days are surely coming, says the Lord , when I will attend to all those who are circumcised only in the foreskin:
Lo! days are coming, Declareth Yahweh, - When I will bring punishment upon every one circumcised, With him that is uncircumcised:
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, and I will visit upon every one that hath the foreskin circumcised.
"Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will punish all those who are circumcised but yet uncircumcised--
Lo, days are coming -- an affirmation of Jehovah, And I have laid a charge on all circumcised in the foreskin,
"Stay alert! It won't be long now"— God 's Decree!—"when I will personally deal with everyone whose life is all outside but no inside: Egypt, Judah, Edom, Ammon, Moab. All these nations are big on performance religion—including Israel, who is no better."

Gill's Notes on the Bible
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord,.... Or, "are coming" h; it seems to respect the time after the Babylonish captivity, when the punishment after threatened took place, and not before:
that I will punish all them that are circumcised with the uncircumcised; Jews and Gentiles together. The circumcised. Jews trusting in their circumcision, and being, as is said in the next verse, uncircumcised in heart, were no better than the uncircumcised Gentiles; wherefore both being transgressors of the law, and despisers of the Gospel of Christ, are threatened with destruction; see Romans 2:12.

All them which are circumcised ... - Rather, “all circumcised in uncircumcision,” i. e., all who though outwardly circumcised have no corresponding inward purity.

Verse Jeremiah 9:25. I will punish all them which are circumcised with the uncircumcised — Do not imagine that you, because of your crimes, are the only objects of my displeasure; the circumcised and the uncircumcised, the Jew and the Gentile, shall equally feel the stroke of my justice, their transgressions being alike, after their advantages and disadvantages are duly compared. In like manner, other nations also were delivered into the hands of Nebuchadnezzar, these he immediately enumerates: Egypt and Edom, and the Moabites and the Ammonites, and the Arabians of the desert. All these nations were uncircumcised in that way which God required that rite to be practised as a sign of his covenant; and the Israelites, that did practise it as a sign of that covenant, did not attend to its spiritual meaning, for they were all uncircumcised in heart. And it may be remarked, that these people were in general confederated against the Chaldeans.
