Cain had sexual relations with his wife. She became pregnant and gave birth to a son named Enoch. Cain built a city and gave the city the same name as his son Enoch.
Kayin knew his wife. She conceived, and gave birth to Hanokh. He built a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Hanokh.
And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bore Enoch; and he builded a city, and called the name of the city after the name of his son Enoch.
And Cain had connection with his wife and she became with child and gave birth to Enoch: and he made a town, and gave the town the name of Enoch after his son.

Clarke's Notes on the Bible
Versículo 18. Todo aquel que es nacido de Dios, no peca. Esto se dice de los cristianos adultos; son limpiados de toda maldad , por consiguiente de todo pecado , 1 Juan 1:7 .
Se guarda. Es decir, en el amor de Dios , Judas 1:21 , edificándose en su santísima fe, y orando en el Espíritu Santo; y ese malvado -el diablo, no lo toca- no encuentra nada de su propia naturaleza en él sobre lo cual pueda obrar, pues Cristo está morando en su corazón por la fe.
