Lalu berkatalah Elyakim bin Hilkia, Sebna dan Yoah kepada juru minuman agung: "Silakan berbicara dalam bahasa Aram kepada hamba-hambamu ini, sebab kami mengerti; tetapi janganlah berbicara dengan kami dalam bahasa Yehuda sambil didengar oleh rakyat yang ada di atas tembok."
