Maka berhimpunlah segala orang Yahudi dalam negeri-negerinya pada segala bahagian tanah baginda raja Ahasyweros, hendak mendatangkan tangan kepada barangsiapa yang sengajakan kebinasaannya; seorangpun tiada tahan berdiri di hadapan mereka itu, karena takut akan mereka itu berlakulah atas segala bangsa itu.
