Cumque illi ascendissent in Baalpharasim, percussit eos ibi David et dixit: "Dirupit Deus inimicos meos per manum meam sicut dirumpuntur aquae". Et idcirco vocatum est nomen loci illius Baalpharasim (id est Dominus diruptionum).
