A kingdom is a realm in which the will and power of a king are expressed.

Remember the Galilee wasn’t technically Jewish, but it contained a large Jewish population.
A lot of ministry happened up there though: Sermon on the Mount; Bread of life discourse(Jn 6:59 in Capernaum synagogue); 25 out of 35 recorded miracles happened in the Galilee region.
The Jews in Judea looked on Galileans w/some contempt. They had a rude accent, & were not considered sophisticated in matters of religion.
