Victory is often seen as the end of all that spoils on earth.
Then comes the final celebration!

Habakkuk 1:1-17 hear…so he cries out louder(see 2 diff Heb. words)
(4) The biggest problem in Judah was their leadership wouldn’t obey God’s law.
Answer: God says I will deal w/evil…the Babylonians are coming to punish your evil? (5-11)
(5) God answers & assures him that He is at work among the nations even though he couldn’t see it.
So God gives Habakkuk a revelation, not an explanation!
The Lord never owes us any explanations, but He graciously reveals Himself

Deut.5:11 You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
In its most narrow sense, the 3rd commandment prohibits swearing an oath or making a promise, in the

Interesting so many get stressed out with this portion of scripture, when Paul’s purpose to discuss the topic was for comfort.

Paul uses this formula I do not want you to be ignorant 5 other times. It means he wishes to introduce a new point.
I do not want you to be ignorant of Gods prophetic plan. Oh, so we can & are supposed to have understanding regarding the end times.

Son –
The Faithful witness = the source of the revelation to be given.
1st born from the dead – referring to His historic resurrection.
Rulers over the kings of the earth – speaking to His
