Eusebius, Onomasticon , places it 7 miles from Eleutheropolis (Beit Jibrı̄n ), on the road to Hebron. It is represented today by Beit Nasib , a village with ancient remains some 2 miles Southwest of Khirbet Kila (Keilah).
