Then the Spirit of God came upon - Zechariah son of Jehoiada the priest, who stood up before the people and said to them, "This is what God says: 'Why do you transgress the commandments of the LORD so that you cannot prosper? Because you have forsaken - the LORD, He has forsaken you.'"

Then the Spirit of God clothed Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest and he stood above the people and said to them Thus says God Why do you break the commandments of the Lord so that you cannot prosper Because you have forsaken the Lord he has forsaken you

The Spirit of God took control of Zechariah son of Jehoiada the priest. He stood above the people and said to them, "This is what God says, 'Why are you transgressing the Lord's commands and you do not prosper? Because you have abandoned the Lord, He has abandoned you.' "
