הַדְּבָרִ֣ים

’ă·ḥaš·wê·rō·wōš

אֲחַשְׁוֵר֜וֹשׁ

וּמִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֖ה

way·yim·mā·lê

וַיִּמָּלֵ֥א

bə·mā·rə·do·ḵay

בְּמָרְדֳּכַ֣י

they had showed

mā·rə·do·ḵāy;

וַיְבַקֵּ֣שׁ

לְהַשְׁמִ֧יד

hay·yə·hū·ḏîm

הַיְּהוּדִ֛ים

throughout the whole [were]

of Ahasuerus

’ă·ḥaš·wê·rō·wōš

אֲחַשְׁוֵר֖וֹשׁ

[even] the people

mā·rə·do·ḵāy.

מָרְדֳּכָֽי׃

in the month

[is] the month

’ă·ḥaš·wê·rō·wōš;

אֲחַשְׁוֵר֑וֹשׁ

[is] the lot

hag·gō·w·rāl

and from month

[is] the month

’ă·ḥaš·wê·rō·wōš,

אֲחַשְׁוֵר֔וֹשׁ

scattered abroad

and dispersed

ū·mə·p̄ō·rāḏ

the provinces

of your kingdom

mal·ḵū·ṯe·ḵā;

מַלְכוּתֶ֑ךָ

and their laws [are]

wə·ḏā·ṯê·hem

from [those] of all

of they the king

[is] of for the king

wə·lam·me·leḵ

וְלַמֶּ֥לֶךְ

therefore it not

lə·han·nî·ḥām.

לְהַנִּיחָֽם׃

let it be written

that they may be destroyed

lə·’ab·bə·ḏām;

wa·‘ă·śe·reṯ

of those who have the charge

of the business

ham·mə·lā·ḵāh,

הַמְּלָאכָ֔ה

of [it] the king

טַבַּעְתּ֖וֹ

way·yit·tə·nāh,

וַֽיִּתְּנָ֗הּ

of Hammedatha

ham·mə·ḏā·ṯā

hay·yə·hū·ḏîm.

הַיְּהוּדִֽים׃

with them as it seems good to you

bə·‘ê·ne·ḵā.

בְּעֵינֶֽיךָ׃

way·yiq·qā·rə·’ū

וַיִּקָּרְאוּ֩

בִּשְׁלוֹשָׁ֨ה

אֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנֵֽי־

כִּכְתָבָ֔הּ

אֲחַשְׁוֵרֹשׁ֙

bə·ṭab·ba·‘aṯ

בְּטַבַּ֥עַת

wə·niš·lō·w·aḥ

וְנִשְׁל֨וֹחַ

לְהַשְׁמִ֡יד

וְהַמֶּ֤לֶךְ

but the city

was perplexed

nā·ḇō·w·ḵāh.
