In the tenth

hā·‘ă·śî·rîṯ,

הָעֲשִׂירִ֔ית

in the tenth

בָּעֲשִׂרִ֕י

in the twelfth

and prophesy

wə·hin·nā·ḇê

wə·’ā·mar·tā

וְאָמַרְתָּ֜

hag·gā·ḏō·wl,

in the midst

of his rivers

[is] have made

‘ă·śî·ṯi·nî.

עֲשִׂיתִֽנִי׃

But I will put

wə·nā·ṯat·tî

in your jaws

bil·ḥā·ye·ḵā,

בִּלְחָיֶ֔יךָ

and to stick

wə·hiḏ·baq·tî

וְהִדְבַּקְתִּ֥י

I will cause the fish

of your rivers

to your scales

bə·qaś·qə·śō·ṯe·ḵā;

בְּקַשְׂקְשֹׂתֶ֑יךָ

and I will bring you up

wə·ha·‘ă·lî·ṯî·ḵā

וְהַעֲלִיתִ֙יךָ֙

out of the middle

of your rivers

yə·’ō·re·ḵā,

of your rivers

yə·’ō·re·ḵā,

to your scales

bə·qaś·qə·śō·ṯe·ḵā

בְּקַשְׂקְשֹׂתֶ֖יךָ

and I will leave

ū·nə·ṭaš·tî·ḵā

וּנְטַשְׁתִּ֣יךָ

[thrown] you into the wilderness

ham·miḏ·bā·rāh,

הַמִּדְבָּ֗רָה

of your rivers

yə·’ō·re·ḵā,

you shall fall

do be brought together

to the beasts

of the field

and to the birds

of the heaven

haš·šā·ma·yim

הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם

I have given you

nə·ṯat·tî·ḵā

And shall know

the inhabitants

they have been

to the house

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

When they took hold

bə·ṯā·p̄ə·śām

בְּתָפְשָׂ֨ם

[ḇak·kap̄·ḵā

of you by your hand

וּבָקַעְתָּ֥

their shoulder

when they leaned

ū·ḇə·hiš·šā·‘ă·nām

וּבְהִֽשָּׁעֲנָ֤ם

you you did broke

and to be at a stand

wə·ha·‘ă·maḏ·tā

וְהַעֲמַדְתָּ֥

mā·ṯə·nā·yim.

I will bring

you and cut off

wə·hiḵ·rat·tî

וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י

ū·ḇə·hê·māh.

And shall be

wə·hā·yə·ṯāh

wə·ḥā·rə·bāh,

that they shall know

[is] have made

I against you

[am] your rivers

yə·’ō·re·ḵā;

and I will make

wə·nā·ṯat·tî

lə·ḥā·rə·ḇō·wṯ

מִמִּגְדֹּ֥ל

shall it be inhabited

אַרְבָּעִ֥ים

And I will make

wə·nā·ṯat·tî

in the midst

of the countries

[that are] desolate

nə·šam·mō·wṯ,

and her cities

in the midst

[that are] laid waste

mā·ḥo·rā·ḇō·wṯ

מָֽחֳרָבוֹת֙

תִּֽהְיֶ֣יןָ

אַרְבָּעִ֖ים

and I will scatter

wa·hă·p̄i·ṣō·ṯî

וַהֲפִצֹתִ֤י

the Egyptians

among the nations

bag·gō·w·yim,

and will disperse them

wə·zê·rî·ṯîm

וְֽזֵרִיתִ֖ים

through the countries

bā·’ă·rā·ṣō·wṯ.

בָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃

אַרְבָּעִ֤ים

will I gather

the Egyptians

they were scattered

And I will bring again

וְשַׁבְתִּי֙

the captivity

and will cause them to return

wa·hă·ši·ḇō·ṯî

וַהֲשִׁבֹתִ֤י

[into] the land

of their origin

mə·ḵū·rā·ṯām;

מְכֽוּרָתָ֑ם

and they shall be

the kingdoms

ham·mam·lā·ḵō·wṯ

הַמַּמְלָכוֹת֙

shall it exalt itself

תִתְנַשֵּׂ֥א

hag·gō·w·yim;

for I will diminish them

wə·him·‘aṭ·tîm,

וְהִ֨מְעַטְתִּ֔ים

that they shall no more

over the nations

bag·gō·w·yim.

בַּגּוֹיִֽם׃

to remembrance

[their] iniquity

of their having turned

bip̄·nō·w·ṯām

בִּפְנוֹתָ֖ם

’a·ḥă·rê·hem;

but they shall know

wə·yā·ḏə·‘ū,

And it came to pass

בְּעֶשְׂרִ֤ים

and in the seven

בָּֽרִאשׁ֖וֹן

[month] in the first

of the month

Nebuchadnezzar

nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·reṣ·ṣar

נְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣ר

caused his army

shoulder [was]

nor his army

hā·‘ă·ḇō·ḏāh

he had served

to Nebuchadnezzar

lin·ḇū·ḵaḏ·reṣ·ṣar

לִנְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֥ר

and he shall take her

and take her

and take her

and it shall be

wə·hā·yə·ṯāh

[for] his labor

pə·‘ul·lā·ṯōw

פְּעֻלָּתוֹ֙

I have given

will to bud forth

I cause the horn

for the house

I will give you

of the mouth

in their midst

bə·ṯō·w·ḵām;

that they shall know
