רָגַן to murmur, to repine; hence to be contumacious, Isaiah 29:24. (This root is not found in the cognate languages. The verbs רָעַם, רָהַם, are cognate; see under רָגַז.)

Niphal, id. followed by בְּ of pers. Deuteronomy 1:27; Psalms 106:25.
