רֶכֶשׁ m. a superior breed of horses, remarkable for speed (Renner), Micah 1:13; 1 Kings 5:8. Syriac ܪܟܰܫܙܳ a horse, especially a stallion, which ought to be of a superior breed; see Bochart, Hieroz., t. i. page 95.
