Pilpel Participle מְתַעְתֵּ֑עַ Genesis 27:12 #NAME? a mocker.

Hithpa`el Participle plural מִתַּעְתְּעִים 2 Chronicles 36:16, with ב person, mocking at his prophets (+מַלְעִבִים, בּוֺזִים).
