He said, No; but [as] prince of the host of the LORD am I now come. Yehoshua fell on his face to the eretz, and did worship, and said to him, What says my lord to his servant?

the king of Kedesh, one; the king of Yokne`am in Karmel, one;

Bil`am also the son of Be'or, the soothsayer, did the children of Yisra'el kill with the sword among the rest of their slain.

Now, behold, the LORD has kept me alive, as he spoke, these forty-five years, from the time that the LORD spoke this word to Moshe, while Yisra'el walked in the wilderness: and now, behold, I am this day eighty-five years old.

As yet I am as strong this day as I as in the day that Moshe sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, and to go out and to come in.

and Yizre`el, and Yokde`am, and Zanoach,

Menashsheh had in Yissakhar and in Asher Beit-She'an and its towns, and Yivle`am and its towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, and the inhabitants of En-dor and its towns, and the inhabitants of Ta`nakh and its towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and its towns, even the three heights.

The children of Yosef spoke to Yehoshua, saying, Why have you given me but one lot and one part for an inheritance, seeing I am a great people, because hitherto the LORD has blessed me?

and their border went up westward, even to Mar`alah, and reached to Dabbeshet; and it reached to the brook that is before Yokne`am;

and Allammelekh, and `Am`ad, and Mish'al; and it reached to Karmel westward, and to Shichor-Livnat;

To the families of the children of Merari, the rest of the Levites, out of the tribe of Zevulun, Yokne`am with its suburbs, and Kartah with its suburbs,

that Yehoshua called for all Yisra'el, for their Zakenim and for their heads, and for their judges and for their officers, and said to them, I am old and well stricken in years:

Behold, this day I am going the way of all the eretz: and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spoke concerning you; all are happen to you, not one thing has failed of it.

Then Balak the son of Tzippor, king of Mo'av, arose and fought against Yisra'el: and he sent and called Bil`am the son of Be'or to curse you;

but I would not listen to Bil`am; therefore he blessed you still: so I delivered you out of his hand.

Menashsheh did not drive out [the inhabitants of] Beit-She'an and its towns, nor [of] Ta`nakh and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Yivle`am and its towns, nor the inhabitants of Megiddo and its towns; but the Kana`anim would dwell in that land.

She sent and called Barak the son of Avino`am out of Kedesh-Naftali, and said to him, Hasn't the LORD, the God of Yisra'el, commanded, [saying], Go and draw to Mount Tavor, and take with you ten thousand men of the children of Naftali and of the children of Zevulun?

They told Sisera that Barak the son of Avino`am was gone up to Mount Tavor.

He said to her, Please give me a little water to drink; for I am thirsty. She opened a bottle of milk, and gave him drink, and covered him.

Then sang Devorah and Barak the son of Avino`am on that day, saying,
