Speak to the children of Yisra'el, saying, On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of booths for seven days to the LORD.

that your generations may know that I made the children of Yisra'el to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Mitzrayim: I am the LORD your God.

Moshe declared to the children of Yisra'el the set feasts of the LORD.

Command the children of Yisra'el, that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually.

Every Shabbat day he shall set it in order before the LORD continually; it is on the behalf of the children of Yisra'el, an everlasting covenant.

The son of an Yisra'elite woman, whose father was a Mitzrian, went out among the children of Yisra'el; and the son of the Yisra'elite woman and a man of Yisra'el strove together in the camp:

You shall speak to the children of Yisra'el, saying, Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

Moshe spoke to the children of Yisra'el; and they brought forth him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. The children of Yisra'el did as the LORD commanded Moshe.

Speak to the children of Yisra'el, and tell them, When you come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a Shabbat to the LORD.

If one of the Levites redeem, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the jubilee; for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Yisra'el.

then shall he go out from you, he and his children with him, and shall return to his own family, and to the possession of his fathers shall he return.

Moreover of the children of the strangers who sojourn among you, of them shall you buy, and of their families who are with you, which they have conceived in your land: and they shall be your possession.

You shall make them an inheritance for your children after you, to hold for a possession; of them shall you take your bondservants forever: but over your brothers the children of Yisra'el you shall not rule, one over another, with rigor.

If he isn't redeemed by these [means], then he shall go out in the year of jubilee, he, and his children with him.

For to me the children of Yisra'el are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Mitzrayim: I am the LORD your God.

I will send the animal of the field among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your ways shall become desolate.

These are the statutes and ordinances and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Yisra'el in Mount Sinai by Moshe.

Speak to the children of Yisra'el, and tell them, When a man shall accomplish a vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by your estimation.

These are the mitzvot, which the LORD commanded Moshe for the children of Yisra'el in Mount Sinai.

"Take a census of all the congregation of the children of Yisra'el, by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, every male, one by one;
