And the LORD restored to Job all that he had lost, when he prayed for his friends; also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.

Then came there to him all his brothers and all his sisters and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house; for they had been in distress over him, and they comforted him for all the hardships that the LORD had brought upon him; and every man also gave him a ewe, and every one an earring of gold.

So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep and six thousand camels and a thousand yoke of oxen and a thousand she-asses.

For the LORD knows the way of the righteous; but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Ask of me, and I shall give you the heathen for your inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth for your dominion.

I lay down and slept; and I awoke; for the LORD sustained me.

Arise, O LORD my God, and save me; for thou hast smitten all my enemies upon their cheeks; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

For salvation belongs to the LORD; and thy blessing is upon thy people.

But know that the LORD has set apart for himself him that is wonderful; the LORD will hear when I call to him.

in peace I will both lie down and sleep; for thou, O LORD, alone makest me dwell in safety.

Hearken to the voice of my cry, my King and my God; for to thee do I pray.

For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness; neither shall evil dwell with thee.

But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy; and I will enter into thy house and worship in thy holy temple.

For there is no justice in their mouth; there is wickedness in them; their throat is an open sepulchre; they deceive with their tongues.

Condemn thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their wickedness, for they have provoked thee.

For thou wilt bless the righteous; O LORD, thou hast adorned me like a perfect shield.

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak; O LORD, heal me; for my bones are troubled.

Return, O LORD, and deliver my soul: save me for thy mercies sake.

For in death there is no remembrance of thee; in Sheol who shall give thee thanks?

Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity; for the LORD has heard the voice of my weeping.
