And they seized upon that statement, arguing with one another what rising from the dead meant.

And they began asking Him, saying, "Why is it that the scribes say that Elijah must come first?"

But I say to you that Elijah has indeed come, and they did to him whatever they wished, just as it is written of him."

And when they came back to the disciples, they saw a large crowd around them, and scribes arguing with them.

And immediately, when the entire crowd saw Him, they were amazed. And as they ran up, they were greeting Him.

and whenever it seizes him, it slams him to the ground and he foams at the mouth, and grinds his teeth and becomes rigid. I told Your disciples to cast it out, and they could not do it."

And they brought the boy to Him. When he saw Him, immediately the spirit threw him into a convulsion, and falling to the ground, he began rolling around, foaming at the mouth.

From there they went out and were going through Galilee, and He was not wanting anyone to know about it.

For He was teaching His disciples and telling them, "The Son of Man is to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill Him; and when He has been killed, He will rise again three days later."

But they did not understand this statement, and they were afraid to ask Him.

And they came to Capernaum; and when He was in the house, He began to question them, "What were you discussing on the way?"

And they said, "Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce and send her away."

and the two shall become one flesh; so they are no longer two, but one flesh.

And they were bringing children to Him so that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked them.

And they were even more astonished, saying to Him, "Then who can be saved?"

And they were on the road going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was walking on ahead of them; and they were amazed, and those who followed were fearful. And again He took the twelve aside and began to tell them what was going to happen to Him:

"Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death and will deliver Him over to the Gentiles.

And they will mock Him and spit on Him, and flog Him and kill Him, and three days later He will rise again."

And they said to Him, "Grant that we may sit, one on Your right and one on Your left, in Your glory."

And they said to Him, "We are able." And Jesus said to them, "The cup that I drink you shall drink; and you shall be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized.
