And Jesus cried out and said, "He who believes in Me, does not believe in Me but in Him who sent Me.

And if anyone hears My words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world.

For I did not speak from Myself, but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me a commandment—what to say and what to speak.

Jesus answered and said to him, "What I am doing you do not realize now, but you will understand afterwards."

Simon Peter *said to Him, "Lord, not only my feet, but also my hands and my head."

Jesus *said to him, "He who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you."

I do not speak about all of you. I know the ones I have chosen; but that the Scripture may be fulfilled, ‘He who eats My bread has lifted up his heel against Me.'

Simon Peter *said to Him, "Lord, where are You going?" Jesus answered, "Where I go, you cannot follow Me now; but you will follow later."

Jesus *said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but through Me.

Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak from Myself, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.

After a little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also.

He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father's who sent Me.

But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.

but so that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let us go from here.

No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.

You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would abide, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.

If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.

But all these things they will do to you for My name's sake, because they do not know the One who sent Me.

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.

If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would not have sin; but now they have both seen and hated Me and My Father as well.
