You shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

When I break your staff of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver your bread again by weight: and you shall eat, and not be satisfied.

As for those who are left of you, I will send a faintness into their heart in the lands of their enemies: and the sound of a driven leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as one flees from the sword; and they shall fall when none pursues.

They shall stumble one on another, as it were before the sword, when none pursues: and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

Those who are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

They shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they trespassed against me, and also that, because they walked contrary to me,

I also walked contrary to them, and brought them into the land of their enemies: if then their uncircumcised heart be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity;

The land also shall be left by them, and shall enjoy its Shabbatot, while it lies desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity; because, even because they rejected my ordinances, and their soul abhorred my statutes.

Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them; for I am the LORD their God;

They assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month; and they declared their ancestry by their families, by their fathers' houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, one by one.

These are those who were numbered, whom Moshe and Aharon numbered, and the princes of Yisra'el, being twelve men: they were each one for his fathers' house.

but appoint the Levites over the Tabernacle of the Testimony, and over all its furnishings, and over all that belongs to it. They shall carry the tabernacle, and all its furnishings; and they shall take care of it, and shall encamp around it.

Thus the children of Yisra'el did. According to all that the LORD commanded Moshe, so they encamped by their standards, and so they set out, everyone by their families, according to their fathers' houses.

Nadav and Avihu died before the LORD, when they offered strange fire before the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children. El`azar and Itamar ministered in the Kohen's office in the presence of Aharon their father.

"Bring the tribe of Levi near, and set them before Aharon the Kohen, that they may minister to him.

They shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the Tent of Meeting, to do the service of the tabernacle.

They shall keep all the furnishings of the Tent of Meeting, and the obligations of the children of Yisra'el, to do the service of the tabernacle.

You shall give the Levites to Aharon and to his sons. They are wholly given to him on the behalf of the children of Yisra'el.

You shall appoint Aharon and his sons, and they shall keep their priesthood. The stranger who comes near shall be put to death."

for all the firstborn are mine. On the day that I struck down all the firstborn in the land of Mitzrayim I made holy to me all the firstborn in Yisra'el, both man and animal. They shall be mine. I am the LORD."
