And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree: but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their brows.

And they were commanded that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man.

And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

And they had breastplates, as though they were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and they had power to hurt men five months.

And they had a king over them, who was the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is, A-bad''don, but in Greek his name is A-poll''yon.

And the four angels were loosed, those which were prepared for that hour, and for that day, and for that month, and for that year, so that they might slay the third part of men.

And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and those who sat on them, and they had breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and of brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions, and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

For the power of the horses was in their mouths, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents and had heads, and with them they do harm.

But leave out the outer court of the temple, and do not anoint it; for it has been given to the Gentiles; and they shall tread the holy city under foot for forty and two months.

Then I will give power to my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand and two hundred and three score days, clothed in sackcloth.

These have power to control the sky, so that it will not rain in those days: and have power over waters to turn them into blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

And when they have finished their testimony, the wild beast which ascends out of the bottomless pit, shall make war against them and shall overcome them.

And after three days and a half, the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell on those who saw them.

And they heard a great voice from heaven saying to them, Come up here. And they went up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies saw them.

And at the same hour there was a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and the number of men killed in the earthquake was seven thousand: and the survivors were frightened, and they gave glory to God.

And the nations were angry, and your wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and to reward your servants, the prophets, and the saints, and those who fear your name, small and great; and to destroy those who corrupt the earth.

And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there a thousand and two hundred and three score days.

And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not spare themselves even unto death.

And they worshipped the dragon because he had given power to the beast : who can prevail against him to fight him?
