and in cutting of stones for setting, and in carving of wood, to work in all manner of workmanship.

and the finely wrought garments, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to serve in the priest's office,

and the anointing oil, and the incense of sweet spices for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded you, they shall do.

You speak also to the sons of Israel, saying, Truly you shall keep my Sabbaths: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that I am Yahweh who sanctifies you.

You shall keep the Sabbath therefore; for it is holy to you: every one that profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

Therefore the sons of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

It is a sign between me and the sons of Israel forever: for in six days Yahweh made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mount, the people gathered themselves together to Aaron, and said to him, Get up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we don't know what has become of him.

And Yahweh spoke to Moses, Go, get down; for your people, that you brought up out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves:

Why should the Egyptians speak, saying, For evil did he bring them forth, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from your fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against your people.

And he said, It is not the voice of those that shout for mastery, neither is it the voice of those that cry for being overcome; but the noise of those that sing, I am hearing.

For they said to me, Make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we don't know what has become of him.

And when Moses saw that the people were broken loose, (for Aaron had let them loose for a derision among their enemies,)

And it came to pass on the next day, that Moses said to the people, You have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up to Yahweh; perhaps I shall make atonement for your sin.

[go up] to a land flowing with milk and honey. For I will not go up in the midst of you. For you are a stiff-necked people. If I did, I would consume you in the way.

And Yahweh said to Moses, Say to the sons of Israel, You are a stiff-necked people; if I go up into the midst of you for one moment, I shall consume you: therefore now put off your ornaments from you, that I may know what to do to you.

For wherein now shall it be known that I have found favor in your sight, I and your people? is it not in that you go with us, so that we are distinguished, I and your people, from all the people that are on the face of the earth?

And Yahweh said to Moses, I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found favor in my sight, and I know you by name.

And he said, You can not see my face; for man shall not see me and live.

And Yahweh said to Moses, Cut for yourself two tables of stone like the first ones: and I will write on the tables the words that were on the first tables, which you broke.
