Miryam therefore, when she came to where Yeshua was, and saw him, fell down at his feet, saying to him, "Lord, if you would have been here, my brother wouldn't have died."

So they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. Yeshua lifted up his eyes, and said, "Father, I thank you that you listened to me.

He who was dead came out, bound hand and foot with wrappings, and his face was wrapped around with a cloth. Yeshua said to them, "Free him, and let him go."

Yeshua therefore walked no more openly among the Yehudim, but departed from there into the country near the wilderness, into a city called Efrayim. He stayed there with his talmidim.

Miryam, therefore, took a pound of ointment of pure nard, very precious, and anointed the feet of Yeshua, and wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the ointment.

Then Yehudah from K'riot, Shim`on's son, one of his talmidim, who would betray him, said,

His talmidim didn't understand these things at first, but when Yeshua was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written about him, and that they had done these things to him.

He who loves his life will lose it. He who hates his life in this world will keep it to eternal life.

Yesha`yahu said these things when he saw his glory, and he spoke of him.

I know that his mitzvah is eternal life. The things therefore which I speak, even as the Father has said to me, so I speak."

Now before the feast of the Pesach, Yeshua knowing that his time had come that he would depart out of this world to his Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.

Yeshua, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he came forth from God, and was going to God,

arose from supper, and laid aside his outer garments. He took a towel, and wrapped a towel around his waist.

So when he had washed their feet, put his outer garment back on, and sat down again, he said to them, "Do you know what I have done to you?

Most assuredly I tell you, a servant is not greater than his lord, neither one who is sent greater than he who sent him.

I don't speak concerning all of you. I know whom I have chosen. But that the Scripture may be fulfilled, 'He who eats bread with me has lifted up his heel against me.'

One of his talmidim, whom Yeshua loved, was at the table, leaning against Yeshua' breast.

Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I tell you, I speak not from myself; but the Father who lives in me does his works.

If you keep my mitzvot, you will remain in my love; even as I have kept my Father's mitzvot, and remain in his love.

Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.
