And now the Lord speaks, Who made Me before I was born to be His Servant, to bring Jacob back to Him, that Israel might be gathered to Him. For I am honored in the eyes of the Lord, and My God is My strength.

Kings will take care of you as fathers. And their queens will be your nursing mothers. They will bow down to you with their faces to the ground, and kiss the dust of your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord. Those who wait for Me with hope will not be put to shame.

I will feed those who make it hard for you with their own flesh. They will become drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine. Then all flesh will know that I, the Lord, am the One Who saves you, and the One Who bought you, the Powerful One of Jacob."

For the Lord God helps Me, so I am not put to shame. I have set My face like hard stone, and know that I will not be ashamed.

He Who shows I am right is near. Who will fight with Me? Let us stand up to each other. Who has something against Me? Let him come near to Me.

See, the Lord God helps Me. Who will say that I am guilty? See, they will all wear out like a piece of clothing. The moth will eat them.

"I, even I, am He Who comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of a man who dies? Why are you afraid of the sons of men who are made like grass,

For I am the Lord your God, Who fills the sea with action so that its waves sound: The Lord of All is His name.

So My people will know My name. In that day they will know that it is I Who says, ‘Here I am.'"

Let not the man from a strange land who has joined the Lord say, "For sure the Lord will keep me away from His people." Let not the man who had been made so that he could not have children say, "See, I am a dry tree."

Then you will call, and the Lord will answer. You will cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.' If you take the weight of sin away, and stop putting the blame on others and stop speaking sinful things,

You will drink the milk of nations. You will drink from the breast of kings. Then you will know that I, the Lord, am the One Who saves you, and the One Who bought you and made you free, the Powerful One of Jacob.

"I let Myself be looked for by those who did not ask for Me. I let Myself be found by those who did not look for Me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am,' to a nation that did not call on My name.

They say, ‘Keep to yourself. Do not come near me. For I am holier than you.' These are smoke in My nose, a fire that burns all the day.

Then I said, "O, Lord God! I do not know how to speak. I am only a boy."

But the Lord said to me, "Do not say, ‘I am only a boy.' You must go everywhere I send you. And you must say whatever I tell you.

Do not be afraid of them. For I am with you to take you out of trouble," says the Lord.

Then the Lord said to me, "You have seen well, for I am watching to see that My Word is completed."

For, see, I am calling all the families of the nations of the north," says the Lord. "And they will come. Then every one will set up his throne at the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls around it, and against all the cities of Judah.

And they will fight against you. But they will not have power over you, for I am with you to take you out of trouble," says the Lord.
