Now, let me speak to the young hands. Do what the jigger bosses tell you to. If they want your opinion, they will ask. Keep yourself humble and help each other out. The Good Book says, "God turns his back on the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
2 Peter 1:9

But those who jump the fence and chase after other things will become blind as a cancer-eyed cow. They will no longer be able to see that their sins have been forgiven.

Because of that and other things we've seen and heard, we know the things those old prophets were talking about were true. Pay attention to what they wrote. Their words are like a warm campfire on a cold, dark night. Their words will keep you out of the dark and warm until the morning star, Jesus Christ, shines in your hearts.
2 Peter 2:1

Pretender prophets swindled people in the past and counterfeit cowboys will ride through your gates. They'll fill you full of lies and tell you things contrary to what the Boss said. They'll get what's coming to them in the end, but they can sure wreak havoc before that happens.
2 Peter 2:6

Sodom and Gomorrah were two outfits that got what was coming to them. They were utterly destroyed with fire and brimstone as an example to what happens to people living godless and shameless lives.
2 Peter 2:10

This is especially true of those who travel down the trail of lust and shun God's authority in their lives. These counterfeit cowboys are bold and show-offs. They show no respect for the glorious creatures of heaven, but instead make fun of everything that is holy.
2 Peter 2:12

These types of folks are like badgers. They live only by instinct and base emotions. They live their lives like they are born to be captured or killed. They attack anything they don't understand or agree upon with insults and vile sarcasm. They will be destroyed as surely as a wolf preying upon the shepherd's flock.
2 Peter 2:14

They eat you up with their adulterous eyes and their sinful desires are never satisfied or satiated. The weak among you fall into their devilish traps and snares. They are well-trained and practiced in greed—masters of the trade. Despite it all, they live under the curse of God.
2 Peter 2:15

They have left the narrow trail and wander lost in the abyss. They have followed the trail of Balaam, who traded what was right for what was profitable.
2 Peter 2:18

They yell loudly and make ignorant statements about anything and everything. They use their bodies to trap people in lust. They prey upon the weak of body and mind. I'm talking about those who are trying to get away from that kind of life, but continue to go back again and again to sin.
2 Peter 2:19

They promise freedom, but really offer slavery to sin and corruption. You are a slave to whatever controls you.
2 Peter 3:7

By the same word, God is now preserving the earth and heavens for the day they will all be destroyed, not by water again, but this time by fire. The current heaven and earth are waiting on the day when all godless people will be destroyed in the fire to come.
2 Peter 3:16

He talks all about getting better and how to be saved. A lot of what he says can be misconstrued by the weak of heart and mind. These types of people take what Paul says and twist it to their own opinion, just like they do with the rest of the scriptures. This doesn't change the truth, it signs their death warrants.
1 John 2:22

Then where do the lies come from? The lies come from those who say Jesus is not who he says he is. These people are the real enemies of Christ. They spit in the face of God and the Son with their lies.

Haters don't have life in them. They are murderers and murderers don't live forever.

If you ain't sure whether or not someone really has the Holy Ghost, just put 'em through the authenticity test. Ask them if they have faith that Jesus was God and came to earth as a real person.
1 John 4:5

These counterfeit cowboys talk only of things in this world and how to get them. That's because they are slaves to this world, not God.
2 John 1:9

You've got to stay right with Jesus. Many people get excited and start adding stuff to what he said. These people are riding in front of the Boss and it ain't going to be pretty when they are called out on it. You stay right with the Boss and his Son and they'll stay right there with you.
2 John 1:10

If someone comes through your gate with a message other than the Father and the Son, send them packing. Don't even wish them well as they go.

They came here and told us how you treated them. Keep on helping them all like this. If they are riding for the Lord, then send them away with enough that they can keep spreading the word. God likes that.
