For your unfailing love is higher than the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.

Be exalted, O God, above the highest heavens. May your glory shine over all the earth.

For the Lord is high above the nations; his glory is higher than the heavens.

Our God is in the heavens, and he does as he wishes.

The heavens belong to the Lord , but he has given the earth to all humanity.

Open the heavens, Lord , and come down. Touch the mountains so they billow smoke.

Praise the Lord ! Praise the Lord from the heavens! Praise him from the skies!

By wisdom the Lord founded the earth; by understanding he created the heavens.

I was there when he established the heavens, when he drew the horizon on the oceans.

Listen, O heavens! Pay attention, earth! This is what the Lord says: "The children I raised and cared for have rebelled against me.

For I will shake the heavens. The earth will move from its place when the Lord of Heaven's Armies displays his wrath in the day of his fierce anger."

I will climb to the highest heavens and be like the Most High.'

Those who flee in terror will fall into a trap, and those who escape the trap will be caught in a snare. Destruction falls like rain from the heavens; the foundations of the earth shake.

In that day the Lord will punish the gods in the heavens and the proud rulers of the nations on earth.

The heavens above will melt away and disappear like a rolled-up scroll. The stars will fall from the sky like withered leaves from a grapevine, or shriveled figs from a fig tree.

And when my sword has finished its work in the heavens, it will fall upon Edom, the nation I have marked for destruction.

"O Lord of Heaven's Armies, God of Israel, you are enthroned between the mighty cherubim! You alone are God of all the kingdoms of the earth. You alone created the heavens and the earth.
