When you are in tribulation, and all these things are come upon you in the latter days, if you return to the LORD your God and shall be obedient to his voice

Out of heaven he made you to hear his voice, that he might teach you; and upon earth he showed you his great fire; he made you to hear his words out of the midst of the fire.

And because he loved your fathers, therefore he chose their descendants after them, and brought you out of Egypt with his own person, with a mighty power;

You must keep therefore his statutes and his commandments, which I command you this day, that it may be well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which the LORD your God gives you for ever.

That the slayer might flee there, who might kill his neighbor unintentionally, and hated him not in time past; and that by fleeing to one of these cities he might live;

And they possessed his land, and the land of Og king of Mathnin, two kings of the Amorites, who were on this side of Jordan toward the rising sun;

You shall not take an oath by the name of the LORD your God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes an oath by his name in vain.

You shall not covet your neighbors wife, neither shall you covet your neighbors house, nor his field, nor his vineyard, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is your neighbors.

And you said, Behold, the LORD our God has shown us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire; and have seen this day that God does talk with man, and that he lives.

That you may fear the LORD your God, to keep all his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, which I commanded you, this day, you and your son and your sons son, all the days of your life; and that your days may be prolonged.

You shall reverence the LORD your God, and serve him, and shall swear by his name.

You shall diligently keep the commandments of the LORD your God and his testimonies and his statutes, which he has commanded you.

And the LORD wrought signs and great wonders, and plagues in Egypt against Pharaoh and against all his army, before our eyes;

That you may know therefore that the LORD your God, he is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and mercy with those that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations,

And you shall remember all the way which the LORD your God led you these forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, and prove you, to know what is in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments or not.

You must know in your heart that, as a man disciplines his son, so the LORD your God disciplines you.

Therefore you must keep the commandments of the LORD your God, to walk in his ways and fear him.

Take heed, lest you forget the LORD your God, in not keeping his commandments and his judgments and his statutes, which I command you this day;

But you shall remember the LORD your God; for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Likewise when the LORD sent you from Rakim-gia, and said to you, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then you rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God, and you did not believe him, nor hearken to his voice.
