And God returned the evil of Abimelech which he did to his father, to kill his seventy brothers.

And Jephthah passed over to the sons of Ammon to fight against them. And Jehovah delivered them into his hand.

And Jephthah came to Mizpeh to his house. And, behold his daughter came out to meet him with timbrels, and with choruses. And she only, she alone; there was no other son or daughter to him.

And Manoah rose up and went after his wife, and came to the Man. And he said to Him, Are You the Man who spoke to the woman? And He said, I am .

And Manoah said, Then let Your words come about. What shall be the way of the boy, and his undertaking?

And Manoah took the kid of the goats, and the food offering, and offered on the rock to Jehovah. And He did wonderfully, and Manoah and his wife were watching.
