And Yahweh said to Aaron, You shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any portion among them: I am your portion and your inheritance among the sons of Israel.

And the donkey said to Balaam, Am I not your donkey, on which you have ridden all your life long to this day? was I ever in the habit to do so to you? and he said, No.

And Balak said to Balaam, Didn't I earnestly send to you to call you? why didn't you come to me? am I not able indeed to promote you to honor?

And now, look, I am going to my people: come, [and] I will advise you what this people shall do to your people in the latter days.

And I spoke to you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:

And Yahweh said to me, Say to them, Don't go up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest you be smitten before your enemies.

I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slaves.

you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them; for I, Yahweh, your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the sons, and on the third and on the fourth generation of those that hate me;

You have not eaten bread, neither have you drank wine or strong drink; that you may know that I am Yahweh your God.

And he said to them, I am a hundred and twenty years old this day; I can no longer go out and come in: and Yahweh has said to me, You shall not go over this Jordan.

For I know your rebellion, and your stiff neck: look, while I am yet alive with you this day, you have been rebellious against Yahweh; and how much more after my death?

See now that I, even I, am he, And there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal; And there is none that can deliver out of my hand.

Moses my slave is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you, and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them, even to the sons of Israel.

And now, look, Yahweh has kept me alive, as he spoke, these forty and five years, from the time that Yahweh spoke this word to Moses, while Israel walked in the wilderness: and now, look, I am this day 85 years old.

As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, and to go out and to come in.

And the sons of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying, Why have you given me but one lot and one part for an inheritance, seeing I am a great people, since until now Yahweh has blessed me?

that Joshua called for all Israel, for their elders and for their heads, and for their judges and for their officers, and said to them, I am old and well stricken in years:

And, look, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing has failed of all the good things which Yahweh your God spoke concerning you; all have come to pass to you, not one thing has failed thereof.

And he said to her, Give me, I pray you, a little water to drink; for I am thirsty. And she opened a bottle of milk, and gave him drink, and covered him.

and I said to you, I am Yahweh your God; you shall not fear the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But you haven't listened to my voice.
