I řekl David: "Prokáži milosrdenství Chanúnovi, synu Náchašovu. Vždyť jeho otec prokazoval milosrdenství mně." David tedy poslal posly, aby ho potěšil v zármutku nad otcem. Davidovi služebníci přišli k Chanúnovi do země Amónovců, aby ho potěšili.
