1 Samuel 18:24

The servants reported back to Saul, “These are the words David spoke.” The servants of Sha'ul told him, saying, On this manner spoke David. And the servants of Saul told him, saying, On this manner spake David. So the servants of Saul informed him, saying, "This is what David said." And the servants of Saul told him, "Thus and so did David speak." When Saul's servants told him what David had said, When Saul's servants reported what David had said, The servants of Saul told him what David said. Then Saul's servants reported to him, saying, "These are the words David spoke." And then Sauls seruats brought him word againe, saying, Such wordes spake Dauid. And the servants of Saul told to him according to these words which David spoke. The officials went back to Saul and told him exactly what David had said. Sha'ul's servants reported back to him how David had responded. And the servants of Saul told him, saying, On this manner did David speak. Saul's officers told Saul what David said. And the servants of Saul told him, saying, These are the words which David spoke. The officials told Saul what David had said, And Saul's servants spoke to him, saying, David has spoken according to these words. And Sauls seruauntes tolde him agayne, and sayde: Soch wordes hath Dauid spoken. And the servants of Saul told him, saying, On this manner spake David. And the servants of Saul gave him an account of what David had said. And the seruauntes brought Saul word againe, saying: Of this maner spake Dauid. And the servants of Saul told him, saying: 'On this manner spoke David.' And the seruants of Saul tolde him, saying; On this manner spake Dauid. And the servants of Saul reported to him according to these words, which David spoke. And the servants of Saul told him, saying, On this manner spake David. And the servants told Saul what David had said. And the seruauntis telden to Saul, and seiden, Dauid spak siche wordis. And the servants of Saul declare to him, saying, `According to these words hath David spoken.' And the slaves of Saul told him, saying, On this manner spoke David. And the servants of Saul told him, saying, On this manner spoke David. The servants of Saul told him, saying, On this manner spoke David. And the servants of Saul told him, saying, "In this manner David spoke." When Saul's men reported this back to the king, Saul's servants told Saul what David had said. The servants of Saul told him, "This is what David said." So the servants of Saul told him, saying, - According to these words, spake David, And the servants of Saul told him, saying: Such words as these hath David spoken. And the servants of Saul told him, "Thus and so did David speak." And the servants of Saul declare [it] to him, saying, "David has spoken according to these words." When the servants reported David's response to Saul, he told them to tell David this: "The king isn't expecting any money from you; only this: Go kill a hundred Philistines and bring evidence of your vengeance on the king's behalf. Avenge the king on his enemies." (Saul expected David to be killed in action.) The servants of Saul reported to him according to these words which David spoke.

And the servants of Saul told him, saying, on this manner spake David. Such and such words were spoken by him, to this purpose; the sum and substance of them were expressive of his unworthiness to be a king's son-in-law, and of his inability to bring a dowry suitable to her quality.
