" God 's Passover is to be held on the fourteenth day of the first month. On the fifteenth day of this month hold a festival. "For seven days, eat only unraised bread: Begin the first day in holy worship; don't do any regular work that day. Bring a Fire-Gift to God , a Whole-Burnt-Offering: two young bulls, one ram, and seven male yearling lambs—all healthy. Prepare a Grain-Offering of six quarts of fine flour mixed with oil for each bull, four quarts for the ram, and two quarts for each lamb, plus a goat as an Absolution-Offering to atone for you. "Sacrifice these in addition to the regular morning Whole-Burnt-Offering. Prepare the food this way for the Fire-Gift, a pleasing fragrance to God , every day for seven days. Prepare it in addition to the regular Whole-Burnt-Offering and Drink-Offering. "Conclude the seventh day in holy worship; don't do any regular work on that day. "On the Day of Firstfruits when you bring an offering of new grain to God on your Feast-of-Weeks, gather in holy worship and don't do any regular work. 16 The Passover Festival in honor of the Lord is to be held on the fourteenth day of the first month. 17 On the fifteenth day a religious festival begins which lasts seven days, during which only bread prepared without yeast is to be eaten. 18 On the first day of the festival you are to gather for worship, and no work is to be done. 19 Offer a burnt offering as a food offering to the Lord : two young bulls, one ram, and seven one-year-old male lambs, all without any defects. 20 Offer the proper grain offering of flour mixed with olive oil: 6 pounds with each bull, 4 pounds with the ram, 21 and 2 pounds with each lamb. 22 Also offer one male goat as a sin offering, and in this way perform the ritual of purification for the people. 23 Offer these in addition to the regular morning burnt offering. 24 In the same way, for seven days offer to the Lord a food offering, an odor pleasing to him. Offer this in addition to the daily burnt offering and wine offering. 25 Meet for worship on the seventh day and do no work.

And in the fourteenth day of the first month,.... The month Nisan, as the Targum of Jonathan or Abib, which, upon the Israelites coming out of Egypt, and on that account, was made the first month; otherwise Tisri or September was the first month, see Exodus 12:2,
[is] the passover of the Lord; a feast in which a lamb was killed and eaten, in memory of the Lord's passing over the houses of the Israelites, when he slew the firstborn in Egypt; see Exodus 12:6.
Barnes' Notes on the Bible
The Passover offering was the same as that of the New moon, and was repeated on each of the seven days of the festival, thus marking the importance and the solemnity of the occasion. The details of the offering had not been previously prescribed.
