"My Father has handed over everything to me. Indeed, no one fully knows the Son except the Father, and no one fully knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son wishes to reveal him.
All things have been delivered to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son but the Father, nor does any one know the Father, but the Son, and he to whom the Son may be pleased to reveal [him].

Jesus resumed talking to the people, but now tenderly. "The Father has given me all these things to do and say. This is a unique Father-Son operation, coming out of Father and Son intimacies and knowledge. No one knows the Son the way the Father does, nor the Father the way the Son does. But I'm not keeping it to myself; I'm ready to go over it line by line with anyone willing to listen.
"All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

Todas las cosas se entregan ... - La misma doctrina se enseña claramente a menudo en el Nuevo Testamento. Ver Juan 3:35; Juan 6:46; Juan 10:15; Colosenses 1:16. Ni conoce a ningún hombre el Padre ... - En el original esto es, ni conoce a "nadie" el Padre excepto el Hijo. Es decir, ningún hombre o ángel comprende clara y completamente el carácter del Dios infinito; nadie más que el Hijo, el Señor Jesús, y aquel a quien le da a conocer, tienen aprensiones de su ser y perfección.

Verso Mateo 11:27. Todas las cosas me fueron entregadas por mi Padre... Esta es una gran verdad, y la clave de la ciencia de la salvación. El hombre Cristo Jesús recibe del Padre, y como consecuencia de su unión con la Deidad eterna se convierte en el Señor y dispensador soberano de todas las cosas. Todas las fuentes del favor divino están en manos de Cristo, como Sacerdote de Dios y sacrificio expiatorio por los hombres: todo bien procede de él, como Salvador, Mediador, Cabeza, Modelo, Pastor y Juez soberano del mundo entero.
Nadie conoce al Hijo, sino el Padre; ni conoce a nadie... Nadie puede comprender completamente la naturaleza y los atributos de Dios, sino Cristo y nadie puede comprender completamente la naturaleza, encarnación, etc., de Cristo, sino el Padre. La completa comprensión y reconocimiento de la Deidad, y el misterio de la Trinidad, pertenecen solo a Dios.
